Where can I choose the english version of the Internet site ?
You have to click on the link accueil | en| connection (in top on the left side). Then you will receive the reminder, the confirmation of your order or the email with a new password in english.
Why can I not choose some delivery date ?
3 deliveries per week are booked. It is possible to gather the orders over these 3 days because the meals are delivered cold and can be safely consumed until 2-3 days. We block the other days to avoid any error.

Are there subsidies on salads ?
Yes. The amount of CHF 6.- will be credited on your account.
How to obtain information about the meals ?
You can click on the link, generally bold and orange font, to open a pop-up window, for example : l’assiette exotique Exotic salad. In this window, you will find indications on allergens, food expiry deadlines, etc. These indications are not exhaustive. If you have a doubt about the presence of an allergen, please contact the customer service.
How to modify the reminder ?
After being connected, you have to go in my account – datas, then in alerts. Check the days you want to receive the reminder and validate. If you do not want to receive it any more, remove all and validate. Usually, the days of reception are Mondays for the menus of Wednesday till Friday and/or Thursdays for the menus of Monday-Tuesday.
Advice for your payment
To facilitate the transactions and the control of your VISA / MasterCard bill, it is easier to initially buy a credit with your card and then to pay your meals with your credit account.
